The lack of green solutions for food scraps/waste and the rising need for companies to tackle the food waste management problem, prompted us to research European and global practices in food waste management.
After studying the technology of food waste digesters and in collaboration with our associates, we developed a special combination of microorganisms and enzymes for the decomposition of biomass and we designed the Griffon device.
